Cancellation / Rescheduling Policy: Appointments cancelled or are rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time incur a 100% cancellation fee. Cancellations on the day or no shows will incur 100% fee. Noting your card will be charged in these cases. Where I can find a replacement I will consider waiving or reducing the fee.
Appointment time: Please be aware your session commences at the time confirmed, in the event you run late your session cannot be extended as it will impact other clients.
