Rescheduling your appointment

To reschedule your appointment, find the confirmation email you were sent from TimeTrade. 

Click on the link underneath the information section that details the appointment, titled “Cancel or reschedule the appointment”. This will take you to my calendar showing you the available appointments you can reschedule your appointment to.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and rescheduling of appointments are accepted up to 48 hours prior to the session.  Where a session is rescheduled or cancelled between 24 and 48hrs of the the scheduled appointment a 25% cancellation fee will apply.    

If your appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24hrs a 50% cancellation fee will apply and in the instance an appointment is cancelled on the same day, or you do not attend, full payment for the session is due.  

Where I can find a replacement for your appointment I will consider waiving or reducing the fee.
