Its been quite a journey….

Beautiful soul, my name is Lisa Westerlaken, I am a natural psychic medium, my gifts have shown from as early as three years old and I have professionally trained to be a specialist Kinesiologist, Reiki Master and Healer.

Over the past 35 years I have worked with people (in various capacities) empowering them to connect with their true and higher self, thus their own innate wisdom, strength and abilities.

Have you ever had a time where you knew you “should” make a change however ignored the signs?  and kept ignoring the signs until the Universe stepped in and caused major upheaval so you had no choice other than to make a change…

Both professionally and personally I certainly have!  and not once yet SEVERAL times.  I tend to learn the “hard” way.   I “fell” into my career, starting off in administration and had wonderful mentors who believed in me.  This would lead me to be in sales only because of a manager who saw my potential and subsequently in management.

Whilst I had great success and reached all of my goals, I felt incapable; I lacked self belief and self confidence and would question myself regularly.  In later years after being in roles which drained me and situations which were toxic.  It resulted in my being “kicked” out of the corporate world … which would be for the last time.

This was replicated in my personal life, I lacked self confidence, self worth, self love and self respect.  I questioned myself, failed to speak up and doubted myself.  If someone showed interest in me, ignoring any warning signs, I’d go into the relationship just happy that someone was willing to love me.

Worst of all I lost who I was, morphing to be what the other person wanted me to be.  I sought external validation rather than just simply loving who I was and seeing the value I brought to the relationship.

At the same time I left the corporate world I also attracted a personal situation where I nearly lost all aspects of myself and my thus.  Finally, I took the opportunity to change my life; to follow my passion which was working with the unseen energies of the Universe and Spirit world.

I was divinely guided to become a kinesiologist.  The first day of class I didn’t even know what Kinesiology was however I “knew” I was meant to be there.  It was from that day my relationship with myself deeply began to change, a journey to this day which is positively and continually evolving.

The Inner Sage Australia is reflective of my philosophy; that we all have the innate ability to heal and align ourselves; we just need the right environment to do so.

Via kinesiology as well as other skills, I support you to uncover what’s creating the patterns which create imbalance, pain and disempowerment.   Support and guiding you on your path to understand what is hindering you.  The alchemy of change is obtaining insights which shift and dissolve the blockages, fears, sabotage behaviours.

What I have come to learn is that as three dimensional beings we also need a healing modality that works on the same basis – Mind, body, soul – and the way I work achieves that.  I’ve had results with people (more so women) who lack self confidence, self esteem and self worth.    Whose behaviours and emotions are sabotaging them from achieving what they want in life.

I’ve spent over 35 years developing my psychic medium and healing skills; which have themselves morphed to incorporate with what I do with Kinesiology, making it something special to experience.

Whilst based in Kingsford, Sydney I have clients all over Australia as well as internationally. I see clients face to face, however also conduct sessions via Skype, phone and email.
