Homeopathy instructions should be advised by your homeopath, yet here are general homeopathic instructions that can be used as a guide.
Dosage Instructions
One dose = four drops under the tongue.
Unless advises otherwise (you will have received an email advising) Take daily for the next two weeks, then stop. Observe any differences, and we will review at your follow-up session.
Narayani / Arnica Pills
One dose = four pills under the tongue.
Take one dose daily until you notice a change. If symptoms are severe take one dose three times a day, until you notice a change.
If you notice a change and stop, and the symptoms start again, then take another dose once a day until the symptoms change (as in the symptoms stop or they start getting better)
Before Each Dose
Each time you take the remedy, succuss the bottle 5–10 times by gently banging it against your palm.
This slightly changes the potency, helping maintain the remedy’s vitality and preventing stagnation of action.
How to Take the Dose
- Let it sit under the tongue briefly before swallowing.
- Do not eat, drink, or brush your teeth for 15–30 minutes before and after each dose.
- Where possible, take it at least one hour away from strong substances such as coffee or toothpaste.
- If the remedy is taken less frequently (e.g., once daily or weekly), store the bottle between doses as directed below.
Storage
- Keep the bottle in a cool, dark place, away from sunlight, strong odors, electronics, electromagnetic currents (mobile phones, computers, fluorescent lights), and perfumes.
- Store away from strong odours such as essential oils, spices, and cleaning products.
- Avoid refrigeration unless advised.
- If the remedy develops cloudiness or mold, discard it and prepare a new solution.
